The BA (Hons) Business Management from De Broc School of Business, part of The University of Law, develops knowledge and understanding of the important elements of management, and is aimed at those who possess the desire to pursue a career in business. Students will gain the skills to thrive in management positions and become fully adaptable to every scenario they can expect to encounter in the business environment. This online degree programme works to increase employability by delivering fundamental business expertise and practical skills, and upon graduation students will be eligible to receive a Level 5 diploma from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in Management and Leadership, in addition to their bachelor’s degree, awarded by The University of Law.

This business management programme develops key skills in research, presentation, critical analysis, problem solving, team building, and entrepreneurship; providing the intellectual underpinning required for a career in a rapidly changing work environment. After covering the foundations of business, the course provides the specific business tools needed to succeed in management positions in today’s complex organisations and turbulent business environments.

You will have access to unique learning resources from professional bodies, online databases, and scholarly journals throughout the duration of your course. De Broc School of Business provides an intensive and interactive learning experience with significant contact hours and access to highly-qualified faculty and staff.

 

Students will study for three years, with two semesters in each year consisting of two modules over 6 weeks per term across three terms. The programme modules will be delivered via online lectures and compulsory workshops.

Modules are led by an InterActive tutor whose role is to encourage and moderate discussion, encourage participation, and to provide individual feedback. Throughout your studies with InterActive you will have round-the-clock access to a wide range of helpful online study resources.
