Programme delivery
Applications for the Pearson Test of English Academic preparation course are accepted all year. Students can apply at any point and purchase the course through the InterActive Enrolment Centre. After your purchase, you will be automatically enrolled onto the programme and you can begin studying immediately.
At the start of the course you will be given 4 weeks access to approximately 5 hours of recorded tuition material; covering specific areas of the PTE exam. Students are advised to spend at least 30 hours on covering the material within the course.
The PTE Academic preparation course:
- The course commences with an introduction, followed by an hour-long exam walk-through session and test tips
- Approximately 2 hours of recorded English lessons
- 20 tasks and strategies which complement each stage, including sample answers, discovery tasks and explanations
- Students are also advised to take the PTE Academic test in non-timed, non-scored environment prior to attempting the actual Pearson English test
