Specialisation Module 1: Operations Management
The aim of the module is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to operate effectively in the workplace. Through this process, students will develop an appreciation the operations function and will understand how it is critical to the success of an organisation.

Specialisation Module 2: Project Management.
The aim of the module is to increase your knowledge and understanding of Project Management. The module assists in your understanding of the relationship between corporate and project strategy as well as general management principles and techniques. The module aims to improve your capacity for effective decision making in a project orientated environment and to apply project management principles to business situations. Finally, the module aims to help learners attain self confidence as senior managers within project oriented organisations
