Gain advanced skills in managerial accounting and analysis, marketing design and strategy, predicting sales, and the design and execution of effective business plans.
The Advanced Diploma in Business Administration consists of three modules; Advanced Operations Management, where you will study inventory control, resource allocation, and how goods and services are produced; Advanced Managerial Accounting and Analysis, which examines techniques for predicting sales and identifying risks; and finally, Marketing Design and Strategy, where you will learn how to design and execute a marketing plan using the marketing mix and through creating a strong value proposition.

Graduates of this advanced diploma programme will possess career-ready skills in:

  • Inventory control and resource management
  • using raw materials and human labour to produce goods and services
  • Using managerial analysis strategies to predict sales revenue and pinpoint risks
  • Creating a business plan, marketing design using the marketing mix, marketing analysis and brand positioning
