ACCA

ACCA deferment policyRead More

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond students' control can affect a student's ability to study. Therefore, our deferment policy stipulates the terms and conditions according to which a student may defer their enrolment to the following exam sitting.

The deferment policy is meant to address the requirements of students faced with unexpected circumstances and is separate from InterActive's Pass First Time Guarantee policy, which is governed by a separate set of terms and conditions.

  1. Once a student is enrolled on an ACCA course and has begun his/her studies (i.e., accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books) no deferment is allowed, unless the student qualifies as per the terms and conditions set below.
  2. Students who have purchased an ACCA course for a particular exam sitting may defer their study and retain a credit for future study on an identical study package in case they have not begun their studies (e.g, accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books). Applications for deferral must be made via our online channel. Students must submit a ticket at http://support.studyinteractive.org. Applications for a deferment which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.
  3. Students who have commenced their studies (e.g, accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books) may only defer at the discretion of InterActive Pro Limited, upon submission of supporting documentation regarding extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness). Our decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding discretionary deferment applications.
